1. Each accepted paper needs at least 1 Regular or ECTI/ IEEE/ SICE/ ICROS Member or ECTI/ IEEE/ SICE/ ICROS Student Member or student early-bird registration; otherwise the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
Note: ONE author registration will cover only ONE paper.
2. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST present paper in the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
3. Student or Member of ECTI/ IEEE/ SICE/ ICROS must declare a valid student or membership status e.g. a copy of Student or Member card or other membership evidences upon registration, where our registration will allow a file download of relevant membership evidences to the system.
4. The author(s) pays the registration fee by logging into the author account and selecting payment. The author(s) can pay for one accepted paper at a time. (Entering Camera Ready Paper Submission & Author-Presenter Registration Website)
Remark:
1.Regular, Student and ECTI/ IEEE/ SICE/ ICROS Member Registration covers Abstract book, USB flash drive, Bag, Coffee-Break, Lunch, Welcome Reception, Banquet (BBQ Seafood Buffet)2.Accompanying person registration covers Coffee-Break, Lunch, Welcome Reception, Banquet. But accompanying person registration cannot cover the inclusion of papers into IEEEXplore.
3.Additional ticket for Welcome Reception on 10 July 2019 is 800 THB (available at the registration desk)
4.Additional ticket for banquet on 11 July 2019 is 1,000 THB (available at the registration desk)
5.Additional ticket for lunch is 600 THB for adult (available at the registration desk)
6.Authors with multiple accepted papers must register for each accepted paper.
